Built For Men In Midlife
The Way Is Through
What is The Hades Effect?
Men hit midlife and feel something shift. The job, the relationship, the identity they've built over years. Either something collapses or there's a quiet, unshakable feeling of 'is this it?'. Nobody prepares you for this.
The Hades Effect is a structured coaching process for men in that moment. Not therapy or motivation. It's a method built on Jungian psychology, Stoic philosophy, and 25 years of coaching high-performing men through the hardest transitions of their lives.
There are three stages: Descent, Ownership, Emergence. You name what's collapsed. You face what's been driving it. You build back as who you truly are.
The Way Is Through.
About Me
When I turned 50, my career of 25 years ended. Then my relationship. My kids had left home. My dad had passed. On the day that should have been a milestone, I lay in bed asking: who am I now?
Nobody was coming to save me. I had to do the work.
I spent 25 years in executive recruitment coaching high-performing professionals through the hardest transitions of their careers. I know what it looks like when a man is holding it together on the outside and quietly falling apart inside. I was that man.
I built The Hades Effect from what I found in my descent, learning from Stoic philosophy, Special Forces mindset, Jungian psychology, ancient wisdom. The process is structured and the results are specific. Clarity on who you are, what collapsed, and what you build next.
The second half of your life can be at least as good as the first. Not by accident. By decision.
